Welcome to the Podlipnik 360° website. By using our website, making a reservation, or purchasing from our online store, you agree to the terms of use listed below. Please read them carefully, as they define the rights and obligations of all users.
Podlipnik Apartments – Reservations, Cancellations, and House Rules
The apartment reservation becomes valid upon receipt of confirmation and payment. Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the payment is non-refundable. The same applies in the event of a no-show or early departure. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the house rules and apartment policy, which apply to all guests.
House Rules: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure can be arranged upon prior approval from the management. Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited; violations are subject to a fine of €1,000.00. Pets are not allowed Guests are required to keep the apartments clean and tidy during their stay; any additional cleaning due to negligence will be charged against the security deposit. Upon arrival, guests must inform the management of any existing damages or issues; damages discovered after check-out will be charged against the deposit. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; violations are subject to a fine of €1,000.00.
Guests must inform the management of the number of persons staying in the apartment; additional unregistered guests will incur extra charges. In case of smuggling in guests without the owners’ knowledge and any resulting fines due to unpaid tourist taxes, the guest will bear the full cost of the penalty.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the management is not liable for any lost or stolen items. Guests must comply with local laws and regulations; any illegal activity or disturbance of peace may result in immediate eviction without refund and possible legal action.
In case of emergencies or urgent maintenance, the management reserves the right to enter the apartment. Forgotten items are kept for 14 days. Guests must respect the privacy of neighbors and avoid causing disturbances.
These rules are subject to change without prior notice, and guests are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the valid rules upon arrival. All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
Kmetija pr’ Dragic – Online Store
The Kmetija pr’ Dragic online store offers handcrafted local products from Slovenia. As all items are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur — these are part of their unique character and do not constitute defects. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are covered by the buyer. Upon receipt, the buyer must check the accuracy of the order and the condition of the products and notify us immediately in case of any damage or defects.
In the event of a return, the buyer bears the cost of return shipping. Refunds are issued after receiving the undamaged product and in accordance with applicable law. Podlipnik 360° and Kmetija pr’ Dragic reserve the right to change prices, offers, and terms without prior notice.
Podlipnik 360° Experiences – External Providers
Experiences, tours, and other activities presented under the Podlipnik 360° Experiences brand are provided exclusively by external partners. Podlipnik 360° acts solely as an intermediary between the user and the service provider. We assume no responsibility for the quality, execution, changes, safety, injuries, or any consequences occurring during these activities. All terms and conditions regarding reservations, cancellations, and complaints are determined solely by the external provider. By making a reservation, the user expressly agrees that Podlipnik 360° bears no responsibility for any consequences related to the execution of the service.
General Provisions
By using the website, making a reservation, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of use. Podlipnik 360° reserves the right to amend the terms without prior notice. All disputes are subject to Slovenian law, and the competent court is the court of the Republic of Slovenia.
