Each apartment comes with one guaranteed parking spot.
If additional spaces are free, we’re happy to offer them, but availability cannot be confirmed in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in may be subject to charges.
What are the house rules?
Quiet hours: From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
No parties or loud gatherings.
Bicycles are not allowed in the apartments. Please store them in the designated area.
Smoking in apartment is prohibited (€500 penalty applies for violations)
Pets are not allowed
How does the payment upon arrival work?
Remaining balance and tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in.
Card payments are not accepted.
If you pay by bank transfer, please send us the payment confirmation before your arrival.
Valid ID is required for each guest at check-in.
